Puppies are 6 weeks old already!

I cant believe the little things are already 6 weeks old. That means only 2-3 more weeks and they will be gone! I will be so sad to see them go and I know Allison will be devestated. I havent thought of a good way to tell her that soon the puppies will be going byebye for good. Breaks my heart just thinking of how sad she will be as they leave one by one. I was thinking as a "good bye ritual" we could take her to Build-a-Bear and give the bear/puppy we make 4 hearts... each one representing a puppy. We'll see... any thoughts on how to help her understand this?

I am happy that my dad and stepmom will be getting one of the puppies... that way we can talk about grandpa and grandma having a puppy and going to visit when we go to San Diego. :) Plus Im excited to see their little one grow!
